Our warranties are designed to provide peace of mind and ensure that your
culinary experience with Brabura remains exceptional throughout all the years
you own your product.
Barbecues, planchas and countertop side burners
Brabura offers warranty coverage on a selection of essential components in its
barbecues, planchas and countertop side burners.
Lifetime warranty
- Enameled cast iron and stainless steel cooking plates.
- Cast iron burners and U-shaped stainless steel burners.
- Stainless steel grates with hexagonal rods.
- Stainless steel chassis.
- Cast iron burner grates.
Five (5) year warranty
- Galvanized and painted hoods and control panels for planchas and barbecues.
- Lids, carts and insulated jackets.
- Gas valves.
- Inner liners.
- Heat diffusers.
- Infrared burners in barbecues.
- Gas manifolds.
Three (3) year warranty
- Ignition systems, excluding batteries.
- Electrical components.
- Handles.
- Covers and accessories.
- Lift assemblies.
- Other moving parts.
Modula outdoor kitchens
Brabura Modula outdoor kitchens are designed to combine craftsmanship,
durability and performance. This warranty is exclusively for residential use
and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship,
excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or improper installation.
Limited warranties
- Drawer slides and hinges: three (3) years, with availability of replacement parts.
- Painted finishes: three (3) years, weather-resistant.
- Overall structural integrity: ten (10) years, excluding handles.
- Refrigerator: three (3) years, with additional warranty coverage for specific components.
- Neolith countertops: twenty-five (25) years for residential use.
- Bamboo kitchen components: treated with marine varnish. Surface wear is not covered.
Regular maintenance is required, especially in adverse conditions.
Ovens and Kamados
This warranty is designed to provide maximum peace of mind and ensure that your
culinary experience with Brabura remains exceptional throughout the years of
use of the product.
Limited warranties
- Oven: three (3) years, excluding refractory stones.
- Kamado ceramic body and ceramic firebox: twenty (20) years.
- Kamado stainless steel grates: three (3) years.
- Other Kamado metal parts and pizza stones: three (3) years.
- Bamboo parts: treated with marine varnish. Surface wear is not covered.
Regular maintenance is required, especially in difficult conditions.
Warranty conditions and limitations
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by
impacts, falls, violent transportation, misuse, improper installation or
improper operation is excluded.
Cosmetic damage after purchase and loss of product contents are also excluded.
For Modula outdoor kitchens, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
aging or corrosion in coastal installations.
Warranty claim procedure
To make the most of this warranty, we recommend carefully reading the specific
terms and conditions, keeping your purchase documentation and following our
maintenance recommendations.
Brabura Grills will repair or replace defective modules at its discretion.
Claims must be submitted in writing together with images of the defect.
